Our Story
The Hipp Family has farmed for generations, carrying on a tradition of hard work, sustainability, and a love for agriculture. Thanks to the pioneering research of Dr. Alto Straughn and IFAS at the University of Florida, blueberries have become a major contributor to Florida's agricultural economy—and we’re proud to be part of that legacy.
At Hipp Farms, we use the best management practices to grow the highest-quality Southern Highbush blueberries while respecting the environment and preserving natural resources. With nine different blueberry varieties, we have something to satisfy every palate, whether you prefer sweet, tart, or somewhere in between.
Located in Union County, FL, near Lake Butler, our farm sits in the historic Providence community, just a short drive from Gainesville and surrounding North Florida areas. We welcome you to our U-Pick experience, where you can pick fresh blueberries straight from the bush—and eat as many as you like while you pick!
